"Our grandchildren have not stopped talking about it"

A plaudit to all those involved at your centre, particularly the keepers and their informative half hourly talks. They were so approachable and enthusiastic. Well done each and everyone of you.

We came across your centre quite by chance and decided it was somewhere we could take our grandchildren, aged 7 and 10. We really need not say more as they have not stopped talking about it. As far as they are concerned it beats Drusillas, London and Chester Zoo, even Monkey World and Longleat. Thank you again for a fantastic day out.

"I loved seeing so many animals close-up"

Yesterday, my friend (aged 61) and I (54) enjoyed a day at your centre. Congratulations on having a great team of keepers and ladies at the reception and cafe. Although we live near Chichester, 1.5 hours drive away, I will be recommending you to all my friends with small children as well as older friends. I loved seeing so many animals close up in such lovely enclosures and learning so much at the fabulous keeper talks.

"The talks were excellent"

Everyone in the party wanted me to write to say how much we enjoyed our visit. The general layout of the Centre was sensitively done with easy access and very accommodating for visitors and animals alike. The talks at the appointed ‘feeding times’ were excellent – everyone learnt something new about each different animal. It was lovely to see them all obviously happy in their environment.

"We were blown away by the place"

My daughter and I visited for the first time yesterday, I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, my daughter (who is 10) and I were blown away by the place and were there for hours!  Both of us think what you have created is fantastic! My daughter loved the Scottish wildcats, even taking it upon herself to go into school today and spread the word about the danger of their extinction.

The centre was obviously created with a great deal of love and devotion to its purpose, the two generations here applaud the hard work and care it must take to keep it going.  Thank you for a lovely day, we will be back!

"The staff were knowledgeable and obliging"

I wanted to let you know what a lovely day we had. It was lovely to see animals of our countryside at such close quarters. The staff were very knowledgeable and obliging.

We stayed for all the talks and owl flying. We want to come again when you have completed your building work, thanks.

"Relaxing yet stimulating"

I've passed your place so many times and eventually called in for a visit with my family. We arrived at around 11.30 and thought we may be away around 1ish. We were still with you at the owl display (4pm)!

Your site is amazing, relaxing yet stimulating. The animal feeding is an inspired idea. Your keepers inform without being patronising, and the way the animals respond makes the visit so worthwhile.
