Meet the Animals!

Get the most from your visit with our half-hourly keeper talks which give you a further opportunity to learn about the animals and see them up-close.

Opening Dates

We open at weekends & during state school holidays. We recommend that you allow at least 3 hours for a visit but
you’re welcome to stay all day.

Adult – £12.00
Senior (Aged 65+) – £10.50
Child (Aged 3 – 15) – £8.50
Family (2 + 2) – £37.00

When can you visit?

We open every Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday,
and also daily during state school holidays 

 (excludes 21 to 26 Dec 2020)

Our next holiday opening is spring half term:

Saturday 15 February to Sunday 23 February

Please note: On weekdays in term time we are closed to the public but are available for pre-booked school trips, private tours and photo events.

New wildcat enclosures - work in progress

Construction of our new wildcat enclosures is underway, so our Scottish wildcats are temporarily off-display. We hope to complete the work soon. In the meantime our perky polecats will be substituting at the keeper talks.

Bush Fire Crisis

In this time of environmental crisis our hearts go out to the people and wildlife of Australia. Two wildlife charities appealing for donations are: WIRES Wildlife Rescue
and WWF

Brrr... Beat the winter blues with a free return visit!
