Booking online in advance will save you £1.50 per ticket! You can book up to 10am on the day of the visit. Of if you prefer, you can pay on the door.

* On the door admission is available, though by booking online you’ll save you money and speed up admission on arrival.
Members, Carers (with ID), Under 3s, Gift Voucher holders and Complimentary Ticket holders do NOT need to book online.
The following may effect how you pay and what you pay:
Payment: On the door, we accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards. We do NOT accept American Express.
Group Discount: Groups of 10 or more qualify for a 10% discount on ticket prices. When booking online the discount is automatically applied at Checkout.
**Carers: Visitors who require a carer to accompany them will be charged. However, their carers are admitted free of charge and do NOT need to book online. We do ask for some form of i.d. (e.g. a Blue Badge, NHS correspondence, DLA letter from the Department of Work & Pensions) if the need for a carer is not apparent.
Members: As part of your membership benefits, adult and senior members can bring a guest for half price (on the door prices) – one guest per member, per visit. Members and their guests do not need to book in advance online. Discount will be applied at the Admission Desk.
Blue Peter Badges: Sorry, we no longer offer free admission to Blue Peter badge holders.
Gift Vouchers: An ideal gift for family and friends who are wild about wildlife! You can choose an Admission Voucher and select any number of children and adults for a day out at the Centre. We also offer Spending Vouchers for any sum. Vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date and can be purchased from our online shop. Voucher holders do NOT need to book online.
