Exclusive private tours

Enjoy the British Wildlife Centre all to yourselves!

Outside our normal opening times, we can offer you something very special – an exclusive private visit when you have the Centre to yourselves. This is a wonderful wildlife experience for couples and small groups (up to 10 people).

You will enjoy a a 2-hour personal guided tour of the animals by a member of our experienced keeper team, who will be happy to answer your questions along the way.

Private visits take place when we’re closed to the public, on weekdays in school term time. They usually run from 2.30pm – 4.45pm, but earlier times can usually be accommodated in our low season. Occasionally we can offer an early evening visit (6-8pm) in the summer months (May to July), subject to availability.

All private visits must be pre-booked, so please call us to check availability. Most of our animals can be seen all year round, but dates in the summer months are especially popular so please do book ahead.

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR ANIMALS IN THIS TIME OF NEED

Sadly, during these unprecedented times we have of course had to close to visitors and help minimize the spread of Covid-19 and relieve pressure on the NHS. Our source of income has entirely stopped, whilst many of our costs are ongoing. The feeding and care of our animals is our top priority. Our Head Keeper, Matt and his deputy, Izzy are working very hard and long hours to ensure that our high standards of animal welfare are maintained.

We are appealing for donations to help us to survive during this challenging period. Any donations, large or small, will be very much appreciated. We would love to be here for you when normality returns, so you can enjoy the animals and continue to share our passion for Britain’s wonderful wildlife.

Thank you

Every penny of every donation will go towards the care of our animals.

Payment is made securely by Pay Pal.
